BeattyCloud is a personal, non-commercial server operated independently for the benefit of friends and family. Your privacy is respected: no data collected here is ever sold, monetized, rented, or shared with third-party marketers or advertisers.
2. Information We Collect
When you log in using third-party identity providers (such as Google OAuth):
- Basic Profile Info: We receive basic profile information (such as your name, email address, and profile photo) strictly to identify you and grant access to invited resources.
- System Logs: IP addresses and basic request headers are logged temporarily for security monitoring, debugging, and abuse prevention.
3. Security & Data Transmission
All traffic to and from BeattyCloud is strictly encrypted in transit using industry-standard Transport Layer Security (TLS/HTTPS). Authentication sessions are handled via cryptographically secure tokens.
4. Data Retention & Deletion
You may request the deletion of your account and any associated profile data at any time. To request data removal, contact the administrator directly. Your account and associated authentication records will be promptly deleted.
