1. Purpose of Service

BeattyCloud is a private, personal project intended exclusively for designated family, friends, and invited guests. It is operated on a voluntary, non-commercial basis.

2. Eligibility & Access

Access to services is granted by personal invitation. If an account is created by someone outside of the operator's personal network, the operator reserves the right to immediately block or delete the account without prior notice.

3. Acceptable Use

Users are expected to treat the infrastructure responsibly. You agree not to:

• Attempt to probe, scan, breach, or compromise server security.
• Disrupt or degrade services for other users (such as denial of service or excessive resource consumption).
• Use these services for any unlawful activities.

4. Account Suspension & Revocation

The operator reserves the right to limit, suspend, or terminate access for any account that violates these guidelines or abuses available resources. For recognized family and friends, the operator will make reasonable efforts to provide a courtesy warning and explanation prior to taking action, unless immediate mitigation is required to protect system integrity.

5. Disclaimer & Availability

All services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties or uptime service level agreements (SLAs). The operator is not liable for service interruptions, outages, or unintentional data loss resulting from maintenance, updates, or hardware failure.
